These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MFS Fleet Service websites, software tools (including TracOps), and our SMS / text messaging program for service and work requests.
1. Acceptance
By accessing our websites or apps, submitting a work request, or opting in to SMS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services or text our SMS number.
2. Services
We provide fleet service operations tools and related customer communications. Features may include work-order management, billing, employee portals, and transactional SMS used to receive and respond to service / work requests.
3. SMS / text messaging program
Our SMS program is for transactional service messaging only (for example work-request intake, confirmations, scheduling questions, and status updates). It is not a marketing or promotional subscription.

- Message frequency: varies; typically 1–10 messages per service request.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
- Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time. After STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again.
- Supported carriers may vary. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carriers or network issues.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by:
- Sending unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content;
- Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- Using SMS for spam or purposes unrelated to a legitimate service request.
5. Accounts and organizational use
If you use our dashboard or employee tools on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under their accounts.
6. Intellectual property
Our software, branding, and site content are owned by MFS Fleet Service or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as expressly allowed.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFS Fleet Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the services or SMS program.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
